I just wanted to thank you Tim again for making the most out of a once in a lifetime experience for me. It was so great and I will be dreaming about it for a long time to come.

Your professionalism is so apparent in how you manage the ski groups and the other guides during a day of skiing.  My quads are still screaming    ( we skied Red and Whitewater too) but it was so worth it.  Thanks again.

All snow is not created equal. The product that falls in the West Kootenays is the lightest, softest and purest variety that often measures over 25 feet per year. "There is nowhere else in the world where there is a concentration of deep powder that can be accessed by so many different methods of transport," writes Keith Carlsen of POWDER MAGAZINE

The best way to experience it is by hooking up with a professional ski guide.   Kootenay Ski Guides

Our playground is nestled deep in the Selkirk Mountains of British Columbia. Whether you prefer heli-skiing/boarding, touring, or snowmobiling, there is a piece of our winter playground waiting for you. From huge alpine bowls, to steep and deep trees, there is some of the finest terrain in the Kootenays right outside our door.

HOT SPRINGS! Don't forget to build some time for soak at Ainsworth Hot Springs after a hard day of shredd'in.
